Outside office hours, an answering service will take your message and relay it to Dr. Agababaev. Save time at your visit by completing your registration forms at home. Simply print the Patient Forms, fill in the requested information, and bring them to your appointment. You can always complete the forms in our office too. Emergency care is available every day Monday to Saturday. Your First Visit Your first appointment will be with Dr. Ervin Agababaev. He wants to meet you to discuss your needs and what he can do to make your dental care comfortable and anxiety-free. He will ask you about your past medical and dental history as well as questions about any problems you may be experiencing. He will perform a comprehensive dental examination and talk with you about what x-ray films and other diagnostic aids he recommends.
